Terms of Residence
Our boutique guesthouse is designed to be a tranquil sanctuary at the edge of history. The following guidelines are crafted to ensure clarity, mutual respect, and the preservation of your peaceful experience at Rosetta Pyramids.
Agreements
Booking & Payment
Securing Your Suite: A reservation at Rosetta Pyramids is confirmed only upon the successful receipt of a deposit or valid credit card authorization via our secure channels.
Rates & Taxes: All stated tariffs are subject to local Egyptian taxes unless explicitly noted. We reserve the right to adjust unconfirmed rates seamlessly to reflect market conditions.
Settlement: We graciously accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and cash settlements (EGP, USD) upon arrival, in accordance with your selected rate plan.
Arrival & Departure
Welcome: Your suite will be meticulously prepared and available for check-in from 14:00 (2:00 PM) local time.
Farewell: We request that suites be vacated by 12:00 NOON to allow our team to prepare for incoming guests.
Identification: In compliance with local regulations, we kindly require a valid passport or official national ID for all residing guests upon greeting at our concierge desk.
Flexibility & Cancellation
Given the exclusive 7-room nature of Rosetta Pyramids, late cancellations profoundly impact our operations. Our policies are designed to be fair to both our guests and our establishment.
Flexible Rates: Adjustments or cancellations may be made with zero penalty up to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Subsequent alterations will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay.
Non-Refundable Rates: Bookings secured under this preference are finalized at the time of reservation and cannot be refunded or transferred.
Sanctuary Guidelines
Tranquility: We promise our guests a serene environment. We respectfully ask that acoustic levels in corridors and the Skyline Terrace be kept to a gentle murmur, particularly after 10:00 PM.
Pure Air Policy: To preserve the pristine condition of our suites, smoking is strictly reserved for the outdoor rooftop terrace. A deep-recovery cleaning fee of $100 USD will be applied for in-suite infractions.
External Visitors: To maintain the privacy and security of our residents, non-registered guests are welcomed only in our public reception areas and are not permitted in private suites.
Mutual Trust & Liability
Safekeeping: In-room safes are provided for your peace of mind. Rosetta Pyramids assumes no liability for the misplacement of valuables left unsecured.
Care of Property: We trust our guests to treat our property with respect. Any accidental or deliberate damage to the suite’s furnishings or structure will be gently added to the final folio.
